Welcome to Ummlist, the platform designed to foster community engagement by facilitating
voluntary donations for tailgating and other event-related spaces. Please read these Terms and
Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or mobile app (“Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with
any part of the Terms, you may not access the Platform.
1. Platform Usage
1.1 Community Building: The primary focus of Ummlist is community building. All transactions on the
Platform are structured as voluntary donations to attend tailgating and other events. These
donations help cover the costs of hosting and are not commercial transactions.
1.2 Compliance with Policies: Users must comply with all relevant university and venue-specific
rules and regulations. Ummlist is not responsible for ensuring compliance with these policies.
University Tailgating Policies: For university events, users must adhere to specific guidelines, such
as no charging for admission, no commercial activities, and following designated tailgating areas
and times.
NFL Stadium Policies: For NFL events, users must follow venue-specific guidelines, including restrictions on tent sizes, commercial activities, and the proper disposal of trash and charcoal.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1 Event Listings: Users hosting events (“Hosts”) must provide accurate information about their
events and ensure that all activities are lawful and in compliance with local regulations.
2.2 Donations: Hosts may suggest voluntary donations for attending their events. These donations
are not fees for admission and must not be marketed as such.
2.3 Alcohol and Food Consumption: Ummlist is not responsible for any alcohol consumption, food
distribution, or other activities at events. Hosts and attendees (“Participants”) are solely responsible
for their actions and must adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
University Events: Alcohol consumption is permitted for individuals 21 years of age or older during
designated hours. Excessive consumption and open containers outside immediate tailgating areas
are prohibited NFL Events: Alcohol consumption and distribution must comply with state laws and stadium policies.
Unauthorized commercial activities, including the sale of food and beverages, are prohibited.
3. Limitation of Liability
3.1 No Liability: Ummlist is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a
result of events listed on the Platform. Participants attend events at their own risk
3.2 Removal of Users: Ummlist reserves the right to remove any user who fails to comply with these
Terms or any relevant policies and regulations.
4. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Ummlist harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities,
and expenses arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform or attendance at events
listed on the Platform.
5. Modification of Terms
Ummlist reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant
changes and are responsible for reviewing and complying with the updated Terms.
